A reservation is valid when the deposit has been credited to our account.
We will inform you of the amount of the deposit and the bank details with the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply
- up to 31 days before arrival date 40%
- from 31 to 14 days before arrival 70%
- from 14 to 1 day before arrival 90%

Child Discount
- 0 to 5 years 100%
- 6 to 10 years 50%
- 10 to 15 years 30%
Children's discount only valid if the children are accommodated in the parents' bedroom!
